Baby A, or little Alec, didn't have any signs of life as of 3pm yesterday. But I remained hopeful that we just couldn't see. But checked again this morning and everything looked the same. #ttts is a terrible disease. My hope is that baby B will continue to grow and stay in there for awhile. ❤️❤️❤️

As you can tell, baby A is a lot smaller than B. Right now they are stage 3 #ttts having surgery tomorrow. As of right now, we have a 70-75% chance of survival for both babies. Depending on what amounts of placenta sharing they have. They won't know that until tomorrow when they are scoping inside of the uterus. If they have a huge difference of placenta sharing things get more complicated. Hoping for the best.
XoXo Natasha Almost #19weekspregnant and I look like I'm ready to pop. I feel like it too! I know it's mostly because of the #ttts and I can't wait to have some relief. Headed to Cincinnati this week. Hope the doctors are successful and my two little ones can pull through. ❤️❤️XoXo
Natasha #18weekspregnant as of yesterday. Went to my check up in Southbend and baby's fluids are no longer in normal range. They still cannot see baby As bladder. And neither baby A or B stomach was visible. Baby Bs bladder is very large. Baby Bs deepest pocket of amniotic fluid measured over 10cm while baby A is less than 2cm. So I'll be going back to Cincinnati for MRI, echo, and then surgery. Hoping everything goes smoothly. ❤️❤️❤️
XoXo Natasha Some updates. Baby As still smaller and bladder hasn't been visible. Which is technically stage II of #ttts But in Cincinnati they said their fluid levels are still in normal range so they aren't too concerned. I'll still be having weekly check ups at SB maternal fetal medicine as well as my OB check ups. If anything gets worse I will have to go back and surgery will happen. But I'm staying hopeful that it's going to reverse and both babies will be fine! Develop wise besides A being smaller, they look great. Hearts look good, liver, brain, etc
XoXo Natasha There he stood with blade in hand.
I didn't know what he had done. We saw the waves crash to the sand. I thought now we could be one. But the blood soaked through, the mask had been torn. Once the man I thought I knew, my love to him I had sworn. This was more than a wild spirt. A lie inside a blood stained knife. I only saw, I could not hear it. A broken trust for his new wife. So here I stand, toes in the sand. The ruby waves took me down. He did not care, he took his stand. I was left to slowly drown. Haven't posted much lately. Been stressing about this #ttts but here's a #bumpie I'm not really sure how far along I am. My ob was going by the last day of my period but the date was round about anyways. Wasn't sure the actual day. So my due date was may 24th but when I go to the maternal fetal medicine center they have my due date as May 15th and say I'm 17 weeks. So when I go to Cincinnati Monday they are going to see where they think I am. But for now I'm saying #16weekspregnant with two avocados that keep kicking each other 😂
Don't know when I'll reveal the genders yet but keep guessing. Put 💗💗 if you think girls and 💙💙 if you think boys Yesterday I was told I'm showing signs of stage ll #ttts
so I'll be going to Cincinnati on Monday for further testing. And I found this out on #worldtttsawarenessday Forgot to take a 14 week #bumpie so here's my #15weekspregnant one :) I know the babies sex :) but I don't know when I'll reveal it. So if you wanna guess what they are comment!
They are #identicaltwins and share a placenta. Some from Facebook already know that I have been getting monitored not only by my OB but memorial maternal fetal medicine. The biggest concern is #ttts which means twin to twin transfusion syndrome. As of my ultra sound yesterday, some early signs are starting to appear. One has less fluid and is a bit smaller. I go back Wednesday for another ultrasound and to find out if I have to go down to Cincinnati or not. The good news is that if they do have this, it can be fixed with surgery but that's where going to Cincinnati comes into the picture. I'm hoping for the best but if this does happen, then I'm glad we caught it soon and can hopefully have it treated. ❤️❤️❤️ |
